The Detroit Festival of the Arts is now Midsummer Nights in Midtown

midsummer_logoÂThe Detroit Festival of the Arts is not being produced this year but the University Cultural Center Association and Wayne State University are happy to announce the new summer event, Midsummer Nights in Midtown. This will be a month long series of cultural performances that will take place Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings in June at a variety of cultural center venues. The Detroit Festival of the Arts would like to thank many of our donors for contributing extraordinary support in 2008, a challenging economic time for Michigan.
